How does Flocksy work?

First you create a Flocksy account. Plans start at just $199/month.

You then use our intuitive project management platform to create and manage your graphic design and website projects.

You can create as many projects as you need, and our team will work through them as fast as your plan allows.

Turnaround on projects is usually between 6 and 72 hours depending on the plan you chose. Find the plan that works best for your company here.

What can I get designed?

Our designers are amazing. They can design just about anything. From landing pages and infographics to banner ads and social media posts, your graphic design projects are going to be AMAZING from here on out. 

Can I talk to my Project Manager?
Definitely! We believe in the power of communication, and although most of the interactions you have with your Project Manager will be happen through the project management board you can still request a phone call anytime. Our Project Managers are located in New York and Connecticut and are some of the friendliest people around.
Who is this service for?
Flocksy is here for startups, small businesses, large businesses and agencies that need custom graphic design and website help in the ordinary course of business. Basically, if you need a graphic or website created or updated Flocksy was designed for YOU.
What is considered a "project"?

A project is anything that takes 1-2 hours to code or design. Examples of projects are landing pages, infographics, banner ads, social media designs, etc. 

Do you also offer web development?

Yes! We work with Squarespace and WordPress. We also offer PSD to HTML as well, so can add landing pages to any other platform or CMS you use. From design to coding, we've got you taken care of!

Can I get a website created?

Yes you can! Whether you have need a website created from scratch or completely redesigned, our team of developers will take care of it. We work with both Squarespace and WordPress and can create your site in either platform.

How many projects can I get done in a month?

It really depends on the plan you choose. If you need a lot of work done and are not reselling designs then the $299 plan is perfect for you. This allows you to have two projects running at a time with a quick turnaround. 

What is the Agency Plan?

The Agency Plan allows companies to get work done for their clients and/or have apparel (such as t-shirt designs) or other designs created for resale. 

How long does a project take to be completed?
Depending on the plan you purchased initial work can take anywhere from 24 hours to 72 hours, revisions happen quicker. All our designs are created custom, just for you by our incredible design team.
Is there a contract?
We're not a gym. You can cancel anytime. By creating an account on Flocksy you are agreeing to our terms of service which state (in part) that all payments with Flocksy are month to month and you can cancel at any time.
 
Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan?
Of course. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by just contacting us via email requesting the change.
What files do I get?
At the end of every project, we upload the layered source file (usually either PSD or AI - if you have a preference just state it when you start the project) and all of the files that you will need for web and print. 
 
Do I get the rights to the designs created for me?
You get full rights to any designs that we create for you. We reserve the right to display the work in our portfolio and advertising material as examples of the work we do.
What does “7-Day 100% Risk-Free Guarantee” mean?
It means exactly that. If you are unhappy, just let us know within 7 days and we will issue a full refund. No strings attached. We’re confident in the value we deliver.
