Account Files > Buckets
Creating a bucket
You can quickly and easily create a bucket in your Account Files. These files are saved in our system and you won't need to upload them again.
Sharing it with an existing project
Buckets can also easily be shared with a project after it's been created. Don't forget to let the team know you shared it if it's already active.
Tagging a design
You can click directly on an image to provide feedback using tags. This easy and quick process helps your team member complete the request as soon as possible.
You can also provide written feedback for the team. We recommend using a bulleted list and being as direct as possible.
Inviting a team member to a project
Like a certain team member? You can quickly and easily invite them to the project when creating it. If they're available, it'll be added to their queue.
Reviewing members on your team
You can review the profile of your team members. You'll be able to see past projects they've worked on for you, rankings, and total invites from other clients. Profiles are great to see how good of a fit someone is for your brand.
Using a new team member for an existing project
Don't like a team members work? If a team member completed a project and you didn't like the results, you can quickly and easily duplicate the project brief to request a new one. Don't forget to finalize the currently active project and choose the new one to start.
Adding Additional Users
Need to add other team members to your account? Simply enter their email and submit. You'll see once the invited user accepts the invitation and creates an account.
Updating Additional User Permissions
You can choose the permissions you'd like a user on your team to have. These permissions can be updated at any time and take immediate effect.
The Copy Brief option is a quick way to duplicate a project and resubmit it. All your buckets and invited team members will remain attached. Just update any necessary info and submit.
Quick Tasks are projects that take a team member 30 minutes or less. This is usually editing an existing design, copy or making a quick change on your site. These projects are prioritized and the team works to get them done same day.
The Project Menu is located to the top right inside any project. This includes relevant actions that can be done for any projects.
Editing a Pending Project
Editing a pending project is quick and easy. Simply locate the pending project in your pending queue, open the Project Menu, click the Project Brief option, update the info and save.
