A typical day as a Flocksy Project Manager would see you logging in at 9am (EST) and jumping in to help our customers and creatives with any questions or concerns via emails, live chat, and Flocksy’s custom portal. You will also get a chance to use your superb people skills as you showcase the value of Flocksy creative service plans in sales phone calls with potential clients, and host virtual demos to help new clients understand all the features of the Flocksy platform.
You’ll also be helping with support sales phone calls and customer demos where you’ll show potential customers the Flocksy dashboard, how things work, and answer any questions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Flocksy clients with any questions that they may have while creating and running creative project requests on the platform
- Showcase the awesome features and benefits of the Flocksy platform during sales phone calls and live virtual demos with potential clients
- Serve as a liaison and main point of contact to facilitate productive communication between clients and Flocksy creatives
