License Information
All work done for you on Flocksy comes with a royalty-free, irrevocable exclusive worldwide right to use the “completed creative material” in any way whatsoever (other than limitations from third party licenses) as per the Independent Contractor Agreement that all users agree to. Both Flocksy and the freelance creative who does the work retain the right to display the work in their respective portfolio and advertising material.
IMPORTANT: Although projects are worked on and delivered via the Flocksy website, Flocksy is simply the “middle man” between clients and the freelance creatives doing the work. Flocksy does not perform trademark, service mark or copyright searches or inquiries, or the like, in order to validate the propriety or legality of any delivered work. Accordingly, you are encouraged to perform your own independent searches with regard to any submitted work before using it in any way.
Existing elements that have been licensed from third parties are often used in creative projects on Flocksy.
The sources of and licenses that come with each kind of pre-existing creative material we use can be found below. We recommend reviewing the license terms below before using any creative material. Please contact Flocksy support if the links are inaccessible for any reason.
If you would like a list of any licensed elements used in your project just let your project manager know, we are also happy to use any creative assets you provide. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of using any assets you provide.
