Your Project Manager will work with the system to form a team of creatives for each service. These will be the people with whom you work on an ongoing basis. If you like a team member, just invite your team when creating the project, and if they’re available, it will be added to their queue for them to work on.
We realize that even the best creative can’t do everything, so our custom teams make sure you’re getting the best output possible. Even if you start a project in a niche area, we have you covered!
Once your project reaches your current queue, the system will add a team member who’s a good fit for the project. They’ll receive access to your brand buckets that you shared and project brief, so that they can begin work.
Yes! We can increase your plan to include as many active projects as you’d like. Email “email@example.com” to upgrade.
Yes, you can use an active project slot for any service that’s included in your plan.
Nope! We’ll work through all your revisions until you’re completely satisfied.
Yes, if later down the road you decide you need some changes, you can easily have that project moved back into your queue.
We consider a 24-hour turnaround to be what takes a creative around two hours to complete when they reach it in their queue. This includes the bulk of our design and writing projects.
More complicated projects can take longer depending on the scope of work (coding a web page, writing and designing an ebook etc.) your Project Manager will let you know if that is the case before starting your project.
We have limited staff during weekends and US holidays and cannot guarantee 24 hour turnaround during those times but if you have something that is urgent, the team will see if they can get it done.
Yes! When you sign up, you will get a Project Manager who helps the system form your team, answers questions, jumps on calls, and deals with issues if they arise.
Your Project Manager can always get on a call to discuss something, deal with concerns, or answer any questions. All other communication is done through the platform or by responding to email updates.
Yes, all paid work belongs to you forever!

No, inviting your team is all up to you! If you have a team member you like and who works well with your brand, you can invite your team. However, if you just want the best team member to work on your project, you can let the system add someone that’s a good fit. You can also expand your team if you’d like to add someone new to it.
Most Website Development projects can take up to 72 hours per page to complete. Once the project reaches your current queue, the team will let you know the timeline for the first webpage.
We only offer static front-end coding and page construction through popular drag-and-drop builders. We work with WordPress, Squarespace, and many common page builders, such as Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder, and more!
