Open AI and ChatGPT integrations and usage. The OpenAI API provided by OpenAI, L.L.C. is a service that helps automate tasks through its AI engine.

Site analytics, IP addresses and the AI assistant

When you visit flocksy.com we record the pages you view along with the referring page, campaign parameters, browser type, device type, country, and your IP address. This is used for site analytics, fraud prevention, and security. Visitors in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, and anyone whose browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, have their IP stored only as a salted one-way hash rather than in readable form. Page-view records are deleted after 12 months.

If you use the AI assistant on this site, your questions, the answers given, and the name and email you provide are stored so we can follow up and improve the assistant. That record also includes the same location and IP information described above, handled the same way. To request deletion of your data, email support@flocksy.com.

Bot and abuse protection

The AI assistant on this site is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a service that tells humans and automated scripts apart without asking you to solve a puzzle. To do that, Cloudflare receives your IP address, basic browser and device information, and a record of how you interacted with the page. Cloudflare does not use this information to build an advertising profile of you. You can read how Cloudflare handles it in their privacy policy.
