Open AI and ChatGPT integrations and usage. The OpenAI API provided by OpenAI, L.L.C. is a service that helps automate tasks through its AI engine.
When you visit flocksy.com we record the pages you view along with the referring page, campaign parameters, browser type, device type, country, and your IP address. This is used for site analytics, fraud prevention, and security. Visitors in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, and anyone whose browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, have their IP stored only as a salted one-way hash rather than in readable form. Page-view records are deleted after 12 months.
If you use the AI assistant on this site, your questions, the answers given, and the name and email you provide are stored so we can follow up and improve the assistant. That record also includes the same location and IP information described above, handled the same way. To request deletion of your data, email support@flocksy.com.
So we can show a relevant offer, your browser stores a small amount of information locally on your own device: how many separate days you have viewed our pricing or demo pages, whether you used the cost calculator, changed the billing view or clicked through to purchase, whether you arrived from a particular ad campaign, whether you have booked a demo, and which offer you were shown. This information stays in your browser and is not sent to us, with one exception: if you submit a demo request, the name of the offer you were shown is included with it so we know which offer brought you to us. Clearing your browser storage removes it. If an offer is displayed, we record that it was shown, on which page, together with the same location and IP information described above and handled the same way.
When an offer with a personal expiry date is shown to you, our server sets a first-party cookie named flocksy_offer_window that stores only two dates: the day the offer was first shown to you and the day it ends. It contains no identity and no browsing history, and it is not used for advertising. It exists so that the date you were given stays the same if you return in a new tab, on another day, or after clearing other site storage. The cookie is kept after the offer ends so we do not show you the same offer again as if it were new. If you submit a demo request while an offer window exists, the expiry date is included with your request so our team honours the date you were given. Deleting the cookie removes it.
The AI assistant on this site is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a service that tells humans and automated scripts apart without asking you to solve a puzzle. To do that, Cloudflare receives your IP address, basic browser and device information, and a record of how you interacted with the page. Cloudflare does not use this information to build an advertising profile of you. You can read how Cloudflare handles it in their privacy policy.
In the unlikely event of a data-security incident affecting your information, the Owner will investigate promptly and notify you per applicable law. Notice may include email or in-platform communication.
This section explains how Flocksy AI Drive handles data received from Google.
Your basic Google profile (name and email address) and only the Google Drive files you select or create through Flocksy AI Drive. We cannot see any other files in your Drive.
We use this data solely to provide the file sharing feature to you, so your Flocksy creative team can work with the files you chose. It is not used for advertising, it is not sold, and it is not used to train generalized AI or machine learning models.
Data is encrypted in transit and stored with access limited to the people and systems that need it to deliver your work. We keep it only while your Google account is connected and as long as needed to provide the feature, and we delete it when you disconnect or ask us to.
We share it only with service providers needed to run the feature, such as our hosting and integration provider, and with no one else.
You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account under Security, then Third-party connections, or from within your Flocksy portal. To request deletion of your data, email support@flocksy.com.
Flocksy AI Drive's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
