Connect one Monday.com board to your dedicated Flocksy team, both directions, with no API key and no AI assistant. Move an item to the status you chose and it becomes a design project. Included on 4+ Daily Hour plans.
[Flocksy] Status: In progress. View project

When an item's status reaches the label you chose, it becomes a Flocksy project: item name as the title, your brief column as the brief, your due date column as the needed-by date. Up to 25 new projects per run.
The brief ends with a link to the Monday item. With no brief column mapped, it reads "Created from a Monday.com item."
New updates on a linked item arrive as project comments, prefixed with the Monday author's name.
If you map an approve label and a request-revision label, moving the item to one approves the work or asks for changes — only while the project is ready for review.
Files on the item land in the project's files, noted as synced from Monday.com.
The item gets a note with a link to the project the moment it is created.
Every status change is posted on the item: Draft, Queued, In progress, Revision in progress, Ready for review, Completed, Archived.
Comments from anyone other than the person who connected the board are posted as item updates, with the author's name and a project link.
Files uploaded or delivered on the project are attached to the item, noted with the uploader's first name.
Flocksy can write its status into a board column of your choice, creating the labels if they are missing.
On the Integrations page in your Flocksy account, paste a Monday.com personal access token (in Monday: your profile picture, then My access tokens). The token is encrypted before storage with a key held outside the database and is never shown to the browser again. Only organization owners and admins can set this up.
One connection per organization, syncing one board. Choose the board, the status column to watch, and the label that means send this to Flocksy.
Optionally map a brief column, a due date column, an approve label, a request-revision label, a column for Flocksy to write status into, and the project type. New projects are filed under your organization's default Brand Profile.
The sync runs about every five minutes, with a Sync now button when you do not want to wait. You can turn it off, turn it back on, or disconnect at any time.
If the week is planned on a board and nobody wants to work in two places, this keeps the brief, the progress and the files on the item your team already opens.
Want an AI assistant or your own code to reach the team instead? That is the Flocksy API, with the full tool list and security model on the developer reference.
Yes. Connect a Monday.com board to Flocksy, and any item whose status reaches the label you chose becomes a project with your dedicated Flocksy design team. The item name becomes the title and your brief column becomes the brief.
Yes. Monday updates become project comments and item files arrive in the project. Coming back the other way: a note with a project link when it is created, a plain-language note on every status change, your team's comments as item updates, and delivered files attached to the item.
No. The Monday.com sync is a separate connection, not an API or MCP tool, and it needs no API key and no AI assistant. An owner or admin connects a Monday.com personal access token once in the Flocksy account.
It follows the same per-plan switch as the API, so it is included on 4+ Daily Hour plans. Without it, the connection is refused with "AI and API connections aren't included in your current plan."
Files move in both directions, up to 20 per run and up to 500 MB each, with the rest following on the next run. Each file moves once and is never sent back the way it came, and nothing is ever deleted on either side.
The Flocksy Zapier integration is a legacy integration and is not available to new subscribers. If your account already uses it, it keeps working; the Monday.com sync above is the supported route.
