  • Experience with Freshworks (Helpdesk, Freshchat, Contact Center).
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Proficiency with Google Docs and Sheets.
  • Experience communicating via Slack, Google Meets, and Zoom.

Requirements:

  • Availability during 8am - 6pm EST
  • Respond promptly in Slack and invoice time accurately.
  • Have the appropriate software required to complete the work.
