I was looking for a much more robust copywritten landing page that helped paint the story of Switchback and gave very compelling reasons for wanting to purchase immediately. The copy we got back was very generic and a lot of copy/pasting from our brief. I'm terrible at writing copy - nothing in our brief should've verbatim ended up in the final product.
