ARE ALL PROJECTS COMPLETED
IN 24 HOURS?
Turnaround time during the work week is 24 hours for most projects and revisions. Projects are worked on from Monday – Friday EST.
More complicated projects can take longer depending on the scope of work (coding a web page, writing and designing an ebook etc..) your Project Manager will let you know if that is the case before starting your project.
We have limited staff during weekends and US holidays and cannot guarantee 24 hour turnaround during those times but if you have something that is urgent, the team will see if they can get it done.
DO YOU OFFER BACKEND
CODING?
We don’t offer backend coding at this time. We can work with WordPress, Elementor, Divi and are adding on more every day.
We also work with front end technology such as HTML, CSS, JQUERY, JAVASCRIPT, etc
WHAT IS CONSIDERED
A PROJECT?
We consider a “project” anything that takes a team member around two hours to complete.
Most design and writing tasks are completed in under two hours, so the turnaround is within 24 hours from Monday – Friday EST.
More difficult tasks like a multi page powerpoint or coding a PSD can take longer, so the turnaround may be 48-72 hours in most cases.
HOW DO I MANAGE AND
START PROJECTS?
We have an easy to use Project Management board that allows you to create and manage all your projects.
Start unlimited projects and we will work through them as fast as possible.
WHERE ARE YOU
LOCATED?
We are located in the USA with our headquarters in CT.
We have developers, writers and designers located all over the world so we can meet our fast turnaround times and find the best talent available.
Your Project Manager is located in the USA for fast communication as they oversee all your projects.
CAN AGENCIES USE
FLOCKSY?
Yes. We love working with Agencies. You can use a Bucket for each one of your clients and easily attach it to the project.
DO YOU PROVIDE BACKUPS
TO MY SITE?
We usually do a backup of your site before beginning work as a courtesy but you are responsible for ensuring that you have created and saved a full backup before we
begin any work.
We cannot guarantee the integrity of our backups and are not responsible for any data loss that occurs as the result of backup failure.
HOW DO I CANCEL?
Just email support@flocksy.com to cancel. If you don’t hear back from us within 24 hours, feel free to email again or give us a call.
Your cancellation will take effect on your next billing date.
DOES ALL WORK BELONG
TO ME?
All the work we create for you belongs to you. We retain the rights to show it in our portfolio, unless you email us and ask to opt out.
WHAT FILES DO I GET WITH
MY DESIGNS?
You receive all the source file and any files you need for web and print. If you need any other files or sizes, just let your Project Manager know.
CAN YOU BUILD A
WEBSITE?
We can build a website from the ground up. We typically create the designs first and then code it using the newest tech.
DO YOU OFFER T-SHIRT
DESIGN?
Yes, we can create custom, original designs within 24 hours.
DO YOU PROVIDE
STOCK PHOTOS?
Yes, all accounts come with stock photos. Photos are provided from unsplash.com.
CAN I CREATE A PROFILE
FOR MY BRAND(S)?
Each account comes with a section called “Account Files”. This is where you upload your brands assets, i.e. logo, colors, branding guide, etc.
ARE THERE ANY
CONTRACTS?
There are no contracts. It is month by month and you can cancel at anytime.
Do you work on the weekends?
Work is done from Monday to Friday EST. Although the team is off on the weekends, our friendly support team is standing by to help with questions or concerns.
However, we understand that the unexpected can happen, and if you ever have an urgent project arise over the weekend or a holiday, just contact your Project Manager to see what they can do to help.
HOW DOES THE 14-DAY MONEY
GUARANTEE WORK?
New accounts and users have 14 days to try us out. To fully activate your account and access the source files and rights to the work, and other premium features, you have to either wait for the 14 days to end, or opt out of the money back guarantee. Offer valid for new customers only.
