My experience with Flocksy has been stellar! I love my project manager and the designers have been fantastic! Every design I've received so far as been beyond my expectation. If I have a question, my project manager answers quickly and I can hop on a call with her! The customer support is stellar! Everyone is friendly and happy to help.
Another part of the overall experience that makes it a step above other similar companies is their user experience. First off, they have a dashboard. Secondly, I don't have to keep linking/uploading the same files for my repeat clients/brands. Finally, I love how easy it is to maneuver around their dashboard, add projects, use brand buckets, and the go back and look at completed projects.
To compare, I'm also trying out another company similar to Flocksy... while they may have decent designers that have done a comparable job in some areas of design, Flocksy's dashboard user experience speeds up my ability to add and review projects in half (or less!) the time than it does with the other company.
Another big win: Flocksy's team is available during US time zone business hours. SUPER helpful. Designers AND project managers.
I put it off for too long... save yourself the time and hassle.
Go with Flocksy. Don't mess with the others.

So far our experience with Flocksy has been phenomenal! My team and I subscribed to Flocksy and Design Pickle at the same time and gave them the same assignments to see which platform, if any, would be the right fit for us.
Flocksy has beat Design Pickle by a long shot! Flocksy has provided better services, yielded better results and is all-around much more user friendly. We love having a project manager to assist us, and are especially delighted to have been paired with Marcia.

Flocksy has made our creative and design process more efficient. The action of going into Flocksy, customizing a project brief, and getting a designer on the project is seamless. Additionally, if you miss adding any details, you can still go back to the brief adding brand guideline buckets, etc. We're happy to say we've found some designers we love working with and request for specific projects. We would recommend Flocksy to those searching for a reliable digital design that is easy to customize!
