Brand Buckets And How To Use Them

When you submit a project request, you’ll be prompted to fill out information about the task. Before doing this, though, you should upload files to your brand bucket. Doing so helps ensure that the creatives have the information that they need to successfully complete your project.

What is a brand bucket?

Your brand bucket is where you can upload content, including PDFs, images, Word documents, and much more. If you manage multiple brands, fear not: You can have multiple brand buckets. Just choose the bucket that you want for each project, and the team member added to that project will have access to all files in that brand bucket. Creatives cannot see buckets that are not attached to a project.

How do I create a brand bucket?

Access Account Files on the left side menu of your Dashboard. Under “Add a new bucket to your account files,” enter a name and description, then hit “Add Bucket.” The bucket will appear in your “List of Buckets” below. Next, hit the blue “Add/View Files” button and follow the prompts to add files. You can add virtually any type of file, including text-based files, Adobe Creative Cloud files, Mi- crosoft Office files, and various image/video file types.

Why should I use a brand bucket?

Without a brand bucket, you will have to upload every relevant file to each individual project. That can be time-consuming. You are still able to add separate files to a project, but a brand bucket is a great way to ensure that any creative added to your project knows your logo, branding guide, and so on. Because many of our clients manage multiple brands, we offer multiple buckets so that you — and the creatives — don’t have to sift through dozens of files for each project.

What should I put in my brand bucket?

Basically, you should add any file that you want to use as a reference in multiple projects. This could include past work done, samples of what you like, source files for design, branding guides, pitch decks, logos, and so on.
