Flocksy is transitioning all clients from the legacy platform (app.flocksy.com) to the new platform (ai.flocksy.com) by August 7, 2026.
The new platform operates on an hours-based system instead of project counts and includes expanded tools, AI integration, and improved team collaboration.
All legacy plans and the legacy platform will be discontinued on August 7, 2026.
What’s New
Hours-Based Plans
Plans are now based on daily creative time rather than the number of projects. Clients can create projects freely, and a dedicated creative works on the account each weekday, focusing on brand familiarity and consistency.
All time tracked is fully transparent, allowing clients to see how hours are being used and plan future work accordingly.
Creating Projects on AI
Projects can now be started directly in the new AI portal at any time. The AI-assisted project setup helps define scope, set expectations, and assign the right creative.
Clients can pause, reorder, or combine projects freely, giving complete flexibility in how daily hours are spent.
Collaborative Creative Teams
Creative services such as design, copywriting, illustration, and video can now collaborate within the same project for unified and efficient creative output.
Rollover Hours
Unused daily hours roll over for up to 30 days. Rollover hours can be combined with regular hours for larger projects or additional output.
If a subscription does not renew, all remaining rollover hours are permanently deleted.
Brand Profiles
Each account now includes Brand Profiles, a centralized space for managing everything related to a client’s brand. Brand Profiles store assets, logos, color palettes, and copy guidelines, ensuring consistency across all services and creatives.
They also integrate with AI tools to automatically reference brand details when new projects are created, maintaining a unified look and tone without requiring repeated instructions.
New Platform
The new AI-powered portal is custom-built to support this workflow and includes:
- AI tools that accelerate project setup and task creation.
- A more modern, intuitive interface designed for clear communication and collaboration.
- Centralized access to projects, hours, and team communication in one place.
Expanded Roles and Support
- Production Coordinators are included on 4+ Daily Hour Plans and manage communication, project organization, and daily progress.
- Art Directors are included on 6+ Daily Hour Plans and oversee creative direction, brand consistency, and overall project quality.
Transition Benefits
(Available through December 31, 2025)
Clients who move to the new platform before the December 31, 2025 deadline will receive:
- Price matching on select legacy plans to comparable new plans, or a limited-time discount where applicable.
- Production Coordinator support during the transition period if they currently have a Project Manager.
- Access to legacy accounts for retrieving files and reviewing historical projects.
- Transition assistance for migrating brand assets and ongoing projects to the new system.
These benefits are available only through December 31, 2025.
After this date, clients can still move to the new platform at any time before August 7, 2026, but standard pricing and plan terms will apply.
