At Flocksy, our team operates across several countries, including the United States, Argentina, Mexico, Peru, and Colombia, allowing us to provide global creative coverage.
Each creative receives five (5) national holidays off annually, based on their country of residence.
We also account for vacation time and country-specific public holidays to ensure our teams remain rested and productive.
You’ll receive a notification at least one week in advance of any scheduled production holiday or team member vacation, allowing you to plan projects accordingly.
Holiday Guidelines
- Each creative follows the official national calendar for their country (United States, Argentina, Mexico, Peru, or Colombia).
- Flocksy recognizes up to five (5) national holidays per creative, per calendar year.
- Additional holidays may occasionally be observed, with advance notice if production will be affected.
How holidays affect your work:
- When a dedicated team member is out for a production holiday, the hours they would normally work are added to your account as banked hours.
- These banked hours can be used once the team member returns.
- If you have other active work that can be handled by another dedicated team member, that team member may continue working on your requests during this time.
Urgent needs:
- If something is time-sensitive and requires the specific skillset of the team member who is out, please contact your Production Coordinator, if applicable.
- If you do not have a dedicated Production Coordinator on your plan, reach out to support@flocksy.com so we can see if a temporary fill-in is available.
Our subscription plans already account for these scheduled holidays and are not subject to refunds or price adjustments.

Vacation Time
In addition to national holidays, creatives may take up to one (1) week of vacation per calendar year.
If this affects your account, you’ll receive notice ahead of time. Vacation time follows the same coverage approach as holidays, including the use of banked hours and coordination through your Production Coordinator or support.
Pro Tip
Add these holidays and upcoming vacation dates to your calendar to plan projects ahead.
This helps ensure deadlines are met and avoids last-minute urgency.
Note
Our subscription pricing already incorporates the production holidays and vacation time listed above.
These planned breaks do not qualify for refunds or price adjustments.
