For a fixed monthly rate, you’ll create project requests that the UnicornGO in-house graphic designers, writers, and video editors work on. When you’re getting started, you’ll choose a plan and create a log in. You can then describe your project via email.
Based on the project’s complexity, you’ll get a “time quote” with an estimate of how long it will take to complete. From there, the “unicorns” work on your request and will give you your completed design, content, or video files within the projected time quote from step 1. It’s unclear, based on UnicornGO’s site, if they can store your completed projects or assets. Because you submit your requests through email, you’ll likely have your record of the project solely within that email chain.
