How Does Inviting Team Members Work?

Once you’ve established your creative brief and begun setting up your project request in Flocksy, you’ll see a section that asks you to invite team members. If you’ve already formed your creative team, these people will auto-populate this section. But what happens after you send those invites? Let’s take a look.

What happens when I invite team members?

The team, including the invited team members, will review the project to make sure there are no questions. Then the system will add it to the queue of an invited team member or will ensure that the best-qualified team member who is available is then added to the project.

Do I have to invite team members?

We recommend inviting team members to help the system and Project Manager learn your preferences and your style, however, this is not required and if you don’t have a preference you can just leave the invite feature alone and the Project Manager will work with the system to assign your project to the best-suited team member for that project category. However,  please keep in mind that when you do invite a team member, it definitely helps the system to know the style and team members you like while forming your team.

Is the team member I request always added to my project? How can I ensure that a certain person works on my project?

When you invite a team member, it’s more likely that they’ll be added to the project. However, it is not guaranteed that an invite will result in a creative being added to your project. That’s why we recommend that you invite multiple team members (three is a good goal), so that if one person is not available, there will be others who can put the project into their queue.

As always, should you have any questions about your projects or team, feel free to reach out to your Project Manager for assistance.
